Dodge Demon » Up to Speed

This was the project that initiated the Dodge/Donut relationship in splendid fashion. After Dodge launched the Demon, we reached out to Donut to see if they would be interested in creating one of their popular “Up to Speed” videos with the 840hp street-to-strip halo vehicle as the focus. Donut was so excited to have access to this amazing feat of engineering that they ended up producing the main video (above) and two more videos (below) to add to their channel. The Dodge brand was thrilled with the results thus allowing us to grow the relationship.

 

Road to SEMA » 2000HP Drag Race

Everybody loves a buddy road trip. We tasked Donut with creating a video documenting their journey from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for SEMA in some of the hottest Dodge vehicles available. Not only did Donut provide an extremely fun road trip experience, but they added an excellent drag race on a dry lake bed into the mix. Give it a watch to see the winner.

This project was almost too fun. We reached out to Donut Media with one objective in mind – create a piece of content that would make people scratch their heads and laugh. Scraping together what little budget was left, we gave Donut the green light to create this piece. After some back-and-forth with the legal and brand teams, everyone was quite happy with the result. In fact, the CEO of the Dodge brand enjoyed it so much he sent a personal note and swag package to the recipient of the tattoo. This video performs a pretty impressive feat – appealing to a general audience as well as Donut’s core automotive enthusiasts at the same time.
